My complaint:
We ordered 2 pizzas from brant street and upper middle Burlington, ON. and found hair on both pizzas. Called to the store to complain and they asked me to bring the pizza back. When I went to the store they requested to see the hair. I didn’t have the hair my kid spit to the floor . The pizza was complete with only one slice missing. they refused to received and make me feel that I was doing this to get another pizza. Also one of the employees told me that they had an issue the day before with somebody like me. I felt insulted and and asked what mean somebody like me . the argument went for 10 minutes
Suggested solution:
another employee showed and took care of the situation after a was insulted. I refused to leave the store whit out a solution. after 10 minutes they agreed to make me a new pizza . I won't order again from this store. this was disrespectful and insulting. I told the employee im not here to argue for a slice of pizza I brought the whole pizza back. but that employee insisted that I was been smart. he also mentioned he was store manager.
