Dominos Pizza complaint: Hair in pasta no tamperproof stickers and 1nad a half hour redelivery wait

My complaint:

We ordered 2 pastas and a large pizza from 380 Iroquois shore road Oakville at the time if 18:23:37 upon receiving the order we did not get tamperproof stickers 1 of the pastas had a long black hair baked into the pasta the pizza was super thin I called back and spoke to the gentleman I ordered with he said they would remake the pasta nothing else was felt with he was rude and hung up said he was very busy I told him I understand that but we are also trying to have dinner as well my daughter had to wait 1and a half hour and before the pasta was redelivered we order from Domino’s and have family and friends who also order Domino’s I have to say after this we are extremely dissatisfied and disgusted with the hair in the pasta no tamperproof stickers thin pizza and long wait time I called back 2 times in the hour and a half and was told he’s busy and then hung up on and treated rudely this is not good for your business to have this kind of service as you can imagine because if a costumer is not satisfied there is no business I realize the person reading this complaint is not to blame but this is unacceptable I have sent picture of boxes with no stickers for tamperproof and the pasta with long black hair in it thank you for your time sincerely Mrs Cindy king

Suggested solution:

I believe we should be refunded the full amount of the order of $36.19
