My complaint:
Poorest we have every seen. Second time we have come to get pasta; burnt both times .. black burn marks all over the aluminum pan inside.
First time there was one single noodle layer and we saw 3-4 square inches in bottom of the aluminum pan; could see our reflection back. And it was burnt. One tablespoon of chicken between the 2 Chicken Alfredo dinners. Called and complained to Ashley.
Today, my company sends us a ‘Celebration Dinner’. Again, Chicken Alfredo burnt. Nothing like advertised.
Do I want a free meal from you? NO; I don’t want anything to do with your Company again.
Suggested solution:
Prepare good, unburnt food and have advertisements represent what you are delivery.
