My complaint:
ordered food 248 at 7pm for 7.30 collection arrived 7.30 my fiance told 10 to 15 minutes due to staff shortage, I went back in at 7.45 everyone ignored me for 7 minutes when I was asked if I had ordered told no collection, he asked my name didnt he didnt recognise it I told him order number said system didnt recognise it then said it will be 10-15 minutes at which point I asked him how it could be another 10-15 minutes as my fiance had been in earler and was told the same, the area was getting congested order tickets on the machine overflowing on to the floor, I asked what was the real time for orders and he told me an hour and 15 minutes at which point the people waiting started getting up, I asked him for my money back he gave me a white label and said put your details on there and you will be refunded in 2 days, I said how do you know if you cant find my order number or name? blank, tumbleweed moment, I said what details he said just put your details. absolute disgrace , they still had 15 minute collection times on the site, and customer service a disgrace. Tried to give feedback on their questionairre but cant get past the page that asks for details on the side of the box, which i obviously hadnt had, if you cat enter thoses details it wont let you continue with the complaint, so all round display of contempt for the customer
Suggested solution:
be honest and open, keep their website up to date, refund all customers immediately at the branch,
I will be satisfied when I get my credit in my account and maybe an explanation of how poor they have been
