My complaint:

I placed an order to Dominos during the 12:00 hour. It’s now 3:58 am and I still have not received my order. This location closed at 1:00 am. My card was charged for food I never received.

Suggested solution:

They should give me a credit for the order I didn't receive so I can use it another time.
