My complaint:

I tried calling to place an order, only because it said the online ordering wasn’t avail. Always order online to add points to my profile but since unable to tried calling, first two times no answer. Thought maybe they were closed. It was 8pm called again and was immediately placed on hold by person who answered. I held for 14 min. Then hung up and called back. Answers again stating can I put you on hold. I stated i had already been on hold for over 10 min. Girl stated “well we’re busy.” And then immediatelu put me on hold without a response. I held again another 12 min. Hung up tried calling again with no answer. I came in and heard several people complaining as they were walking out. I still made my order and stated how I had been trying g to place an order for last 30 min. The girl literally didn’t even acknowledge my complaint. She just took my money and said it would be 30-45 min. And turned away. I am extremely unhappy with this whole experience. Super poor customer service. Not even an apology or something to offer for this.
