Complaint: Extremely Late Delivery Poor Customer Service

My complaint:

I placed an order via the app at approximately 8:50pm.
As I patiently waited, I decided to check the pizza tracker to check the status after an hour had passed. As per the pizza tracker my order had been quality checked at 9:17pm which was about 30 mins prior to my checking. So, I continued to wait for the next update which did not happen until 10:40 pm. Absolutely Ridiculous! Please keep in mind, before this update I phoned the store for an update. This call lasted a total of 36 mins in which my talk time lasted all of 30 secs, the remaining time I was placed on hold waiting to be assisted. When the 10:40 notification came in I was still on hold with the store waiting to be assisted. Ultimately the call was abruptly disconnected by one of the employees Im presume who did not want to deal with a frustrated customer. As I am typing this, I stilll have not received my pizzas that were ordered over 2 hours ago.

I would like a full refund for this order and may be complimentary coupons for free pizza IF I ever choose to order from them again.
