My complaint:
I ordered my pizza at 18:08 on 250920. I received a text at 18:10 saying the pizza is in the oven and would be available for collection in 10 minutes. I arrived at the store at 18:15 and wasn’t given my pizza until 18:40. When I arrived at the store a couple were outside ordering their pizzas. Theirs arrive over 5 minutes before mine who I can’t understand. 10 minutes before I was given my pizza I was monitor the work through the window. I happened to see 2 pizzas that were sitting on the shelf with a big dip I ordered. These happened to be mine. When my 3rd pizza was ready the attendant brought me all 3. I advised the attendant that the pizzas would be cold as they had been sitting so long but he didn’t seem to care. When I got them home not only was I cold but 2 of the pizzas were to.
