My complaint:

I called in my order for carry out and the told me 45 minutes. So I showed up 45 minutes later to the drive trough window. The lady told me my total and I payed for it with my debit card. She took my payment and told me my pizza will be another 5 minutes can I circle around and I said no problem it Friday night I under stand. The line took so long it 15 minutes by time I got to the window again. When I got to the window again they told me my pizza will be another 15 to 20 minutes so I asked them for a refund. The lady at the window told me she would get the manager to get me a receipt. But then she told me to pull around to the back of the drive through line and I told her I did not want to wait another 15-20 minutes to get a receipt for my refund. And then a larger black guy came to the window and told me if I did not go around they would call the police. I told hem all I want was a refund receipt. The lady picked up her phone called the police and told them I was being hostile. I have never been more insulted in my life. And when some one call the police and tells them you are being hostile that is how people get shot. I was very polite and never raised my voice or said anything negative. The police showed up and they would not give the police a receipt either. So I left peacefully and got a pizza somewhere else. I just do not know if I got my refund or not.

Those employees should be fired, or free pizza for life, or I can hire an attorney.
