My complaint:

We placed an order for carry out. When we arrived at the location we saw an employee not wearing a mask. We asked another employee who was helping us why the other employee wasn’t wearing a mask. He said “I don’t know, but he should”. He then approached the unmasked employee and whispered something to him. They both look at us and the u masked employee continues to work and even went on his phone. I got back in the car after we were given our pizza and the employee who was initially helping us flagged us down because they gave us the wrong pizza. My mother once again asked why the other employee didn’t put his mask on and he replied “I don’t know. I just work here.” My mom asked “isn’t there a supervisor there?” He replies he has one, but he just doesn’t want to put on a mask I guess. Then went back inside.
