My complaint:
I received a code by email supposedly from Dominoes for a free med 2 topping pizza. When I tried to order the thru my app it wouldnt go thru. I called and the young lady told me they have no control over the app so theres nothing they could do as it wasnt their fault. Its not my fault either. Any way next day begining of yesterdays shift I explain the situation this person. He says its a scam to call 800 Dominoes. Which I did it was another company. I explained on both phone calls that this deal would be really beneficial as I had just had a surgical procedure and am unable to cook at this time. I live 4 blocks from them. They were rude
Suggested solution:
They could of honored the coupon in this instance. Iam disabled. Don't have a vehicle and live nearby and the procedure I had done I needed to stay off my feet as much as I could for 24 to 76 hours. I receieved the coupon the week before and had counted that as a meal.
