My complaint:

Ordered 2 pizzas and bread on Dominos card for $20.00. It was taken from the card (order detail number 1641) When the delivery person arrived he said it was not paid for and charged me $20.40. I gave him $22.00. When my got home my son who ordered the pizza tracked the payment, he said it showed Ralph delivered the pizza and it was paid for by the Dominos gift card for 20.00. I was doubled charged. I spent over one hour on the phone with on answer. Because we have had a Covid 19 exposure we did not drive across town to go into the store to complain. We have tried to resolve over the phone. A big waste of time.

Suggested solution:

I would like my money back for the over payment. I would like this location to attend customer training on answering phones and delivery person knowing the amount due.
