My complaint:
After calling the store about 1 off the pizzas from our order, was asked to bring it to store for a refund . Upon returning the pizza the shift manager refused to refund or remake the pizza, telling me that was how they make it ,with a spice orange colour sauce, though not having made it how we had ordered it with krem fresh sauce , no mushrooms or tomatoes. The manager then told me to get out off the store and ly told another staff member to call police, after about 10 minutes if waiting in discuss from the rudeness bad service ,attitude from the manager I threw the pizza on the floor without making a mess , mind you , and left . Was then abused by a random delivery driver returning to store. Arriving home my partner called the store again trying to resolve the situation .then the childish prank calls started.. in a fake voice. Hello is this the unhappy customer , ahh you no likey your pizza ohh ha ha ha .
2nd call ahh you bad customer you no like pizza to bad ha ha
Such a sad experience . Would hate to see the outcome had we complained about both of our pizzas

It was only 1 bad pizza, But
Start by replacing or refunding the whole order , and then want an apology from the manager for being so rude , telling us to bring pizza back for refund then refusing it . An apology from the delivery driver who had nothing to do with it, but again was quick to yell abuse , I have that footage on my dash cam . Ha ha . Then a opology from manager and staff fir there childish prank calls
