My complaint:

This is Bipin Yadav writing this email regarding dominos pizza feedback also please go through Domino’s Concern ref 19384079.

I ordered pizza today from Wadia Tardeo Mumbai dominos branch with order ID 56 and Invoice no: 662542110300. This is in regards to the pizza I got was not satisfied but still, I got the max resolution that respective representatives only baked the pizza again will be very difficult for us to eat because the pasta was very hard after next time which was hard to eat them.

Still, I came back to the store to share our problem but the chef was stick to his own thing telling that if they make pizza again it will be the same no changes will be made, my main concern was the pasta was raw in taste told them to cook it properly but they were not able to understand my problem.

Now it’s after 2 hours we’re facing heavy loose motion and don’t know what next can happen. This is a very bad experience I’m facing from Dominos.

Hope you know the situation all around even though we’re still trusting and purchasing the pizza, but apart from this, we’re getting this harsh experience.

Since then it’s more than 15 days since nobody reached me today is 6 June 2021, I raised my complaint informal Email on 23 March 2021.
