My complaint:
Yesterday after ordering a meal on line and paid for it, I waited more the a hour to call the shop to be told that is on the away, waited another half hour to call the shop and been told that they can’t deliver, they lied to me took my money and no food, its absolutely disgusting.
Suggested solution:
If you don't have the facilities to do deliveries then don't do it, I'm still waiting for my food or money 🤔
