My complaint:

I placed an order via phone at 8:46pm to have it delivered. At 10:26pm I’m told by my son who was supposed to have the pizza delivered to him that it has not arrived. I then called the store directly and I was informed they have my order as a “pick up.” I explained the order was placed over the phone to have deliver to the address. I’m then told they don’t service my area (Dominos is in the same town) and they won’t deliver the food.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I want a call with an apology for not calling me to tell me they don’t deliver to my area instead they had me waiting for almost 2hours. I want there telephone system to be able to recognize that if they don’t deliver to an area instead of taking people’s money to immediately let them know they can’t deliver. I want a courtesy pizza for the aggravation they have caused.
