My complaint:

On the night of 10202020, I called this location and spoke to a young man named Isaac. He repeatedly had issues with his register accepting the credit card payment asked multiple times for the card information. After about the 5th time, he said it was finalized my meal delivery would be ready in about 20 to 30 minutes. After hanging up, I realized I wasn’t given my total so I called back Isaac answered. When I told him he’d not given me my total, all of a sudden another man is on the line who identified himself as Adam. Adam said that unfortunately, the register didn’t get my card info afterall he wanted the card info again. He said my order was ready though. How is it that a 20 to 30 minute time all of a sudden becomes “ready now?”. I literally called right back after the first call. I asked Adam why Isaac did not call me back to let me know this. Adam stalled so I asked him again why I didn’t get a call back from Isaac to let me know this. To my astonishment, Adam said “Uh, I guess because he didn’t want to talk to you” What!? So I told Adam that was no kind of way to do business that I did not want an order from them I hung up the phone. I drove to the nearest location and placed a pick up order. This location was at 256 Summit Square Blvd in Winston-Salem NC. Our pizza maker, Brittany, was apologetic to what happened at other location made me a medium pizza for the same price as the small size to make up for what the other location did. I also was given the direct local number for a man named Brad who she told me owned 11 locations which included theirs the Pfafftown location. I stepped outside called Brad right then. It was at about 7:50pm. I left a somewhat detailed message on the voicemail the recording identified himself as Brad. It is now 1:42pm on the following day I have yet to receive a returned call from Brad.

Suggested solution:

The issue could have had a completely different outcome——even AFTER the unprofessional comment actions by Isaac Adam if I would have received an apology and at the least, an offer to deliver my food at no charge and at no cost for the meal. Free. Maybe even some free coupons. Right now, I’ll never order or set foot in the Pfafftown location again will not recommend it to anyone will tell them why not.
