My complaint:
I was verbally assaulted by one of my coworkers named Kristina in front of other coworkers. She berated me and humiliated me in front of others. She yelled at me and cursed at me. I felt physically threatened. I was blamed for the incident. I was sent home early tonight because I filed a report to the police department and because I have PTSD. I informed the police department that I have PTSD and the Director of Lead Dog operations repeatedly stated that I am being sent home because I stated that I have PTSD. I felt like I was also discriminated against due to my race and size.
