My complaint:
I was called disgusting for wanting two sauces mixed together. I was told over the phone that you guys don’t do that because a lot of people don’t like sauces mixed together. I felt my service was treated very poorly because the manager, Judith called me disgusting multiple times just because I asked for a sauce on the side. Which made me very angry. I asked for her name and she gave her first name to me and I told her that I was going to call corporate and then she proceeded to kick me out of the store.
Suggested solution:
Judith needs to be fired. I have worked in customer service for years And I even teach customer service. I know customer service like the back of my hand. She made me feel like trash. She was a very terrible example to her team. She truly needs to be fired. I should sue
