My complaint:

I ordered online, paid in advance with curbside pickup at 5:17pm i arrived before 6pm, notified them as told with an online im here button. No one ever came. After approximately 20 minutes i called and was told i can come in and get it. I informed them i ordered curbside due to my granddaughter was in the car also, i was told they’ll be right out. After approximately another 15-20 minutes i called again, i was told they only had one pizza cooked and it would be about 10-15 minutes. I told them to give me the cooed one and refund the other as i had to go, the girl said hold on, the a male got on the phone and asked the same exact questions and put me on hold again. No one returned to the call. I hung up, called back requesting a full refund with a receipt of it or online receipt so id know for sure i actually got one everyone seemed lost so i asked for a manager, at this time its 6:31pm the girl came back to the phone and told me the manager said he was busy at this time and that i would be refund on the card i purchased with. I left Dominoes in Maple Shade NJ wo pizza or ation of my refund at 6:41pm. I had to stop at an Italian restaurant and get my granddaughter 2 slices as i was getting off work and pizza was what she wanted for dinner. I only purchased the 2 specials because they were the same price as buying 1 small on theis particular day.

I would like a full refund and a coupon or gift card for my granddaughter (for a different more professional location)

The next box ask for a photo as proof. I have no proof to show because i need got my pizza and as of this moment my refund either. I have the online order ation but too much of my personal in is on it
