Dominos Pizza complaint: Disappointed at customer service for a specific location.

My complaint:

Made an order through the app at 7:58pm friday 32720 and my food did not show up. I already paid for it through the app as well. After about an hour I call the store to see what was the hold up. And the guy that answered said my pizza wasnt in the store so it must be out for delivery. Another hour goes by and still my food does not show up. So I call the store again and the phone rang for an hour and no one picked it up. This is ridiculous and it now has me very upset.

Suggested solution:

I want a refund for the pizza I paid for and was not delivered. I also want to the staff at this store to be better trained and some one to tell them that a part of customer service includes answer a phone.
