Dominos Pizza complaint: Did not answer phone after being on hold 20 Min

My complaint:

I ordered from the Malvern PA on Lancaster Ave. my order was being checked for quality for over an hour. I called to see where my order was and I was as put on hold for over 20 min the. Redirected me back to the specials. I’m am not happy, at least answer the calls!
