My complaint:
I made 2 orders SEPARATELY online, each order was 13 bucks and some cents. I called so I can have them well done and I was denied, and threw away my 2 orders I had made because of a bullshit reason that I can’t do that! Screw that. Both order were SEPARATE ORDERS! the manager said she felt good throwing away my food, with all the bullshit going on this this pandemic some people have no food and are starving out there, yet she had the freaking nerve to WASTE FOOD. She said she’s the manger and that there is NOBODY ABOVE HER, I call BULLSHIT! There is always someone that is above us in the work industry.
Suggested solution:
The company should resolve my complain my staring off with an APOLOGY! And allowed to remake both my orders again in the store! Or online again. I need a freaking APOLOGY.
