My complaint:

I called at 6:25pm and ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and breadsticks with a 2 liter Diet Coke and 4 garlic butters. The gentleman told me the pizza will be at my place in 45 mins. I said that would be fine. I got a automated call at 7:35 and said my order was leaving the store. I called the store at 7:50pm and said my pizza was not here. The lady on the other end was very rude and said hold on and I will check, 4 mins later she can back on phone and said it’s a block away. I told her the gentleman said 45 mins when I ordered, this is now an hour and half. She’s like I don’t know who would of said that cause our wait time is an hour and twenty mins I said if he would of said that I wouldn’t of ordered she got all rude and I said 45 mins not an hour and half. She said that I don’t have to be rude. I asked for the mangers number she said she was the manager and then I asked for corporate number she told me I can look it up but good luck. I told her to refund my money she said u should have it in about 72 hours. I cancelled my order and will never order again and will be telling friends and family about this experience.

Suggested solution:

Not by being rude at any means. Should know there times and I think refunding the money and send coupons for pizza would be a start.
