My complaint:
Pleased deliver order in 01-04-23. Delivery was too late for me use. Contact store. Store employee was not sensitive to the problem and did not offer a satisfactory solution. I fike a written complaint to the customer service platform. Response from this effort said that the manager called it left me a message. That never happened. Four days ago I filed another complaint about the same issue. To this day none one has responded to me. I have been calling the customer service phone number for two days, I can not get anyone to answer the phone only a voice message tell me to submit a chat or email. I am requesting a phone call so that I can discuss this matter. My phone number is 512 366-0881. Barbara Walls
