My complaint:

I orderd a pizza online at 8:05 PM on 82320 never heard a knock on my door or a callback to my phone number. I called up to the dominos and spoke to a manager Marco who argued with me thoroughly saying that his delivery driver knocked on a door and spoked to someone that said they didn’t order a pizza, so that should tell you that the delivery driver didn’t knock on the correct house number which was 3838 Faxon Ave where I live and used my card to pay for it. Marco kept repeating himself that his driver was in the right and knocked on the correct door. Nor did I receive a phone call on my cell which he argued with me about aswell, Marco kept telling me to contact cooperate, which I am in the morning. As the conversation went on Marco was rude and just hung up the phone saying he has better things to do. I remember having a problem months ago when I order from this dominos and had to speak to a manager and I remember his name being Marco, again then he was super rude aswell and continuously told me to just call cooperate and was again arguing with me.

Suggested solution:

I would like this issue resolved with a refund full of purchase tip included, and a free exact order that I had ordered, I think this problem could of easily been avoided had they knocked on the correct address andor called my phone number.
