Hi I placed a order at the Gilmer tx location and first off the order was wrong as it always is which we love dominos and are very understanding! But the first time when the delivery driver pulled up he was making demands on our property I understand because of covid-19 but it got way out hand he was mouthing off cause he had to go back and get change for $40 … then the pizza was wrong , so he had to come back and that made him much more angrier , 2nd Time arriving angry , mouthing words and making more demands to us we did call the lady manager which she was no help she blew it off like nothing had happen and let me remind u this is not the first Time she’s not understanding, her words is well I’ll have a talk with him that’s not good enough I have small children and talks delivery driver is starting a argument , and the manger of Gilmer tx Dominos blew it off! I don’t appreciate it !!! The driver is disrespectful and he should’ve never been mouthing off in front of my children and make us walk to get our pizza on the dirt road I Am highly disappointed because we’ve done spent over $100 on pizza this month from y’all and this is how we get treated baby the manager driver their was also a man that got fired from this location for fighting with a younger kid when y’all hire them the kids are mouthy as well y’all lost a good driver and I’m sorry to hear that he’s gone now and the other got to stay! I have attached proof of the purchase the order was simple and this is what we order every time and the order is never made correctly instead of fixing it the manager wanted to credit us on next order that is not okay!
I want the driver fired or written up along with the manager kids were involved in this situation.
