My complaint:

I completed an online order for a large pepperoni pizza at 7:12pm. I received a call from the manager at 8:09pm almost an hour later stating they were not doing any more delivers and she asked if I could come and pick up my order. I asked her I would like to request she refund me my money in which she said it would be done later on that night. First off, why did it take them an hour to call me to tell me no delivery could be made. Secondly, why do I have to wait until further in the night for a refund. This is unacceptable. She told me that she had one delivery driver and had to cancel about 20 other orders and that this is how long it was taking her because she was only one person. She then said ok bye and hung up the phone in my face.

Suggested solution:

Not only am I requesting a refund, but I am also requesting a free order for the inconvenience. The time we waited for a delivery is the time I could have placed an order elsewhere for me and my 6 year old child.
