My complaint:
Waited nearly 3 hours for a delivery. Estimated time was 37-47 mins. Called store after waiting an hour and 30 mins. I was told my order had left out for delivery and would be here shortly. Another hour and half pass still no order delivered. I’m sure we both know how cold and awful the pizza was after this length of time
Suggested solution:
Refund my money. Suggestion for the future if you are short of help short on drivers inform the customer just don't have them waiting. This is very unprofessional
