My complaint:

After choosing mandatory contactless delivery, my driver drove away with my order in his car after I did not meet him outside. Delivery instructions said the address, but he did not leave it outside my door. I had to call him to turn around and redeliver it.

Suggested solution:

Let him know that he should always deliver the order to the provided address and everything should be contactless. I will also accept a store credit.
