My complaint:
We tried to place an order on 7242020 for delivery to our home address. Tonight we were advised they could not deliver due to being on a gravel road. We were completely shocked. We’ve had multiple deliveries to our home address. Your representative stated this went into effect today. Our drive is not muddy nor bumpy. However his first comment was it would take an hour and forty five minutes for delivery. Once I stated we had no problems with the the delivery time then he advised me of this new policy. If I placed an order online would my order be denied? I think not.

Update your site with all delivery chance.
Be consistent and fair.
