My complaint:
I ordered pizza ,the pizza man wondered arpund knocking on random doors and calling me saying my apartment door was opened by someone telling him noone ordered pizzas? I told him over and over hes going to the wrong aprtment but kept continueing to say he came to mine and they kept saying noone ordered pizza. I was waiting on my porch so were my neighbors NOONE was ever seen in the area. After all the obvious lies i called the office where she already knew he was waiting at the office puts me on hold literally for a second sayong SHE HAS TO STILL CALL HIM returns and says oh hes at the office u can go get your pizza from there. I said no and was obviously upset.my small CHILDREN were also. I asked for a full refund and was completly UNSATISFIED with the DELIVERY SERVICE. Now that its been 5days since. The reversal was made by ashley the store manager also alicia is the assistant. It was made in the amiunt of 0.00$ i called to ask about this but when i called i was told 3 different stories that she was in the bath room then talking to a customer then she had stepped out. With mysic blasting in the background. Not sure how a business is supposed to be ran but I KNOW THATS NOT HOW PEOPLE WANT TO BE TREATED. ive ordered here befor they know where my apartment is and its not rocket science to find it after me numerous times trying to help him. They are rude unprofessional AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK . or we are going to court!
Suggested solution:
Return my money or deliver the pizza i ORDERED FOR DELIVERY TO MY DOOR LIKE I PAID FOR who knows how many times they do this and how much i really pay for pizza.... sounds criminal to me id pay it bck befor you open a can of worms and make a judge look at your records.
