My complaint:
I ordered a pizza from this location at 7:52 pm. The tracker said it was being checked for quality at 8:08 pm.
It’s now 9:23 pm and still NO pizza! I called the store and asked for, and spoke with the Manager on Duty, she advised me that my pizza had still not been picked up by the driver. She never apologized or tried to give me a time for my pizza deliver. She only asked me if I wanted her to cancel my order. I advised her NO! And, I want a fresh pizza when it’s delivered since the one I am waiting on has been sitting there for over an hour. She was rude, and unprofessional.
Suggested solution:
I think I should receive a full refund. I don\'t believe that my pizza will ever be delivered.
