My complaint:

Today is 12022 I worked a 13 hour shift. Ordered my food. Pulled in the spot, put on my flashers and waited the time passed and the tracker said I was finished after 10 additional minutes I sat in my car.
A store representative came to my Jeep and said the tracker is not working can you sign this receipt $17.58. I did and I said what about the free pizza since you all are late she said she would talk to her manager. When she came back to the vehicle with my food. She said the manager said get in touch with corporate because black folks always want something free. If i wasnt Exhausted and tired and hadn’t prepaid for my food I would of caused a seen. This was un called for and disrespectful. I know we all are short handed but customer service must pick up.
And for the record it was not about anything free it was about your company not standing up to it’s promise and policy.
I’ve eaten domino’s all my adult years. And this was my worse experience ever.

Suggested solution:

I want a full refund!!
I want a written apology
And better customer service
