My complaint:
Not happy at all they sent coupons in the mail and they will not honor them at all unless they are on line orders which is bs when not everyone has internet
Not only that but when i called to place an order the guy was very very very very rude and short on the phone not only that when i asked about using the coupon when i went for pick up i asked them. If i could use coupon and they said no three of them said no really rude about it
Not only that not friedley at all when i walked in and not even a thank u i told them i wont be back for a while they said nothing probley on drugs rhey did not look with it at all
Suggested solution:
Free pizzas and get new staff and train them right on how to treat people
