Dominos Pizza complaint: Counterintuitive Mobile App Features

My complaint:

When placing a carry out order, the app will ask you your ZIP Code to find the closest store. We have 2 main locations in Brandon, FL. On the same road. Just 2 different ZIP Codes. (33511, and 33510) I typed my ZIP, the restaurant is literally right across the street from my apartment, Click the closest one, and submit my order. I wait about 15-20 minutes and head to the store. But low and behold, the “closest” store that is took the order to was 10 minutes down the road. Instead of the location right across from my apartment complex. This mobile app has to have some kind of updated geolocation when there’s a store with the same ZIP as the customer and it still sends it to the busier store further from the customer… Do better with your mobile app, Domino’s. (This was not the first time, either)

Suggested solution:

Reevaluate the software determining location based on ZIP codes…
