My complaint:
We are very regular customers spending around £4050 each time at least once a week!
Our experience tonight 20122023 has left us feeling very disappointed and hungry.
My partner is allergic to cheese and always orders a Texan BBQ sauce no cheese.
She clicked the no cheese option but somehow this did not register ( to our knowledge it did) however it arrived with cheese. My partner phoned the shop and was told very unhelpful nothing we can do!
In addition my partner ordered extra chicken but as you’ll see there’s hardly any chicken.
Suggested solution:
Refund in full due to the order being wrong an allergy attached and cold food.
