My complaint:
It took just under N hour to get my pizza. When I got it, my pizza was cold. I called the store on scenic highway Lawrenceville ga and spoke with manager jaden. I told him my pizza was cold. Here was his response yeah well it’s impossible to get a hot pizza unless you pick it up. I asked are you the manager and he said yes. This was a horrible response. I spent $18.79 plus $4.00 tip, total of $22.79
I would like a refund. This is the second time with dominos I have got a cold pizza. Order number 382
Suggested solution:
Refund all my money. This will be the last time I ever order at dominos. Just ridiculous to get a cold pizza. Also why don't the drivers have insulated containers to keep
Pizzas hot?
When Jaden said yeah well unless you pick up it's impossible to get it hot! BS! I can order pizzas from Pizza Hut, papa John's and always get piping hot pizzas. So that was just a lousy excuse and horrible customer service
