My complaint:

I placed an order today 92920 at around 7pm I didn’t receive my order until 9:15 pm I tried reaching out to the store several times and no answer. I then received a call from a driver who spoke to me in a very inappropriate manner ( yelling telling me he was downstairs to come get
My order) I went down to retrieve my order and he wasn’t there I then called the number back he began to yell telling me he was downstairs I ask him to recheck the address and he then hung up. He was at the wrong address for over 20 minute on top of that he did not give me a recipe which I feel is a big issue because I paid with a credit card a tip can be placed on it without my consent. This is a real issue.

Suggested solution:

I need this issue to be addressed with the staff at this location this is an ongoing issue I try to do walk ins at other locations to prevent this from happening. This is the driver number 1 (917) 331-7568
