My complaint:
I made a purchase to the dominos store in Roswell NM, store number 6534, on Saturday September 26th with my PayPal account. On Monday, September 28th just before midnight, my PayPal was charged another purchase at the amount of $46.49. This purchase had no order details attached, it did not go through my dominos account, and it was NOT me who made the purchase. I contacted the local store immediately after seeing it Tuesday morning, and the assistant manager informed me that this had already happened 3 times that week with other customers, and made it seem like a Domino’s employee had to have been behind it. She was very apologetic and wanted to get to the bottom of it. She stated she would have the general manager contact me that afternoon with more information. When the general manager contacted me, she was horrible, hateful, and absolutely rude. I have NEVER been treated so badly in my life over something that was clearly on them. I tried explaining the situation calmly, yet she would not even let me speak. She said the assistant manager was lying, and this has never happened before. She was angry that I would even possibly think one of her employees could be stealing money. She never even apologized for the situation! She also stated that there was nothing they could do and that the money was just gone, unless PayPal could do something about it. I have filed a claim with PayPal, but even then, the experience was atrocious and I will never be going back to dominos again! Photo attached is PayPal receipt with no order attached, meaning there was no order actually placed, just money charged.
Suggested solution:
Assure me my money back considering it was not me that made the purchase!!!! And corporate needs to figure out what is going on at that store! The manager was a very rude and ugly hearted person who would not help me at all. Someone is obviously stealing PayPal information there and using it after the store closes, according to the assistant manager.
