My complaint:

Hi. I would like to bring to management’s attention, on Monday, 1-11-2021, at 12:35 p.m., I went to order bone-in wings (mild), and the cashier was very rude from the beginning. After waiting 25 minutes, I asked for a refund, because she was taking her time and deliberately having me wait because I asked how long will my order be. She became very hostile, using vulgar language towards me, and to top it off, she has a little girl there playing behind the counter, running around, and very loud. That is definitely a safety hazard. This isn’t the first time I have seen this little girl there. Dominos should not let their employees bring kids to work. I had to ask for a refund because of her attitude, all because I asked how long will my order be. Also, I noticed how she would let the phones ring and not answer. This employee should not be working for Dominos. I will never go to this Dominos as long as this negative employee is there. Thank you.

Suggested solution:

Investigate the issue and counsel this particular employee about her attitude and not to bring kids into the work place. They call the little girl, cupcake.
