My complaint:
I have ordered a pizza and it has routed to santhosh Nagar branch, they call and say we not serve till there. Without any intimation they have cancelled my order.
Is this the way you deal with customers..!!
Totally upset..
Last order we said ok as delivery boy asked us to come to karmanghat to pic my order.
Suggested solution:
It seems Domino's is very poor in terms of service and customer satisfaction.
Is this the case all the time when I order Domino's being my location at City center.
Pls resolve when ever I order should be delivered at my address..
