My complaint:
They delivery drive called and instead of him leaving my order like they always do he took my food back because I didn’t answer my phone I called him right back he didn’t answer till I finally got ahold of the store the first person who answered put me on hold , the second person acted like she didn’t know what was happening when I try to explain I either want fresh food or my money back she then put the phone down and screamed “I’m not doing this “ someone else answer with a nasty attitude so I reacted nasty because my time is wasted and I have no food now and no money to buy more food , because this person told me they cancel the order and I had to wait till my bank puts it back but could give me no proof of my refund . Hung up on me twice . now I just have no food or no money after waiting for an hour
