My complaint:
I ordered a pizza from the Powder springs store and they delivered the pizza incorrectly. I called to let them know that they did not complete my order and they promised to remake the pizza and bring it to me. They never showed up and when I called to speak with the manager she only apologized but gave no reason for not bringing my order. I feel disrespected and that the management was very unprofessional.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund. I would like better service in the future. I work in a business where customer is key. They had very bad customer service.
