My complaint:
Pizza was taking forever to be delivered and the tracking options were not utilized by the driver, so I had no idea that my pizza was outside on my porch. Driver didn’t even knock on the door! So by the time I found my pizza out there it was cold and gross. Totally unsatisfying.
Suggested solution:
New pizza can be delivered
