My complaint:

I was ordering online for the Italian Sausage Marinara with the bread bowl online, along with other items. This item does not provide a way for extra provolone cheese or extra marinara sauce. I called at 5:30 PM to the Grove, Ok store and asked the person who answered if I ordered over the phone to get this item the way I would like it, would the cost be more.. If so, could I proceed with my ordering online and just have you add the extra provolone cheese and marinara. I believe it was a girl who answered, and she seemed very confused about what I was asking. I tried once again to ask if Dominos allows for extra on the Italian Sausage Marinara pasta because to order this online does not have an Extra button for any ingredients. Once again, may I continue with my online order and you take my name and information and add the Extras I want, or do I do all of my order online or if you still do not understand, I will cancel my order. She giggled and said, yeah, maybe you should cancel your order.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

If Extra for this item is not allowed, I understand that and I would of said thank you and continued with my opnline order. However, if I could have those extra's, then as the customer, if the online order does not allow for extra, I should not be charged for not ordering online and be allowed to order over the phone. I do agree, I should be charged for the Extra provolone cheese and marinara sauce. But instead, I was told I should cancel my order.
