My complaint:

We preordered 3 items from this store for 10:30, we hadn’t given a contact number and said we would come straight down if they called, at 23:10 40 minutes late I called to be told they would try to get it back to me. I said no one has called or been as my partner was up and down for floor 14 of the hotel. Another 25 minutes later I called to be told he’s down. Stairs again no one had rung I ed the number. When I went down the driver told me they were late and that no one had been as stated previously by the reception. I asked the driver where my chicken wings were as I stated 3 items and only had 2, he told me to wait he would go back. After another 15 minutes he returned. My food was cold and I no way of heating it as I was in a hotel room. I payed £19.99 so don’t think this is acceptable
