Dominos Pizza complaint: Bad pizza and customer service

My complaint:

I placed a order for two pizzas one thin crust and deep dish. When I arrived to pick up after the app told me my orders were ready I was told they made one of the pizzas wrong and to come back in 10 minutes. I come back after 15 minutes thinking it will be ready but no they told me it was really busy and to come through the line again. I finally get my pizzas home and the pan pizza was not cooked all the way and was raw undercooked dough. The thin crust was the same way. I called up to the store and no apologies whatsoever and if wanted a refund to bring the pizzas back. I did and the manager did not say one word to me about the problem just here is your voided receipt. I won’t be back to this location and I order from there all of the time.

Suggested solution:

The manager and staff obviously need some customer service training or not work in a high volume restaurant.
