I placed a order about two weeks ago for a large three topping pizza. The time was approx. 8:30.
It took over 45 minutes for it to get to me, even tho I live less than 5 minutes from the business.
I tried to eat the pizza but it was cold and hard and tasted like cardboard. I immediately called back and told Jimmy that I wanted the pizza re-made and brought to me, in which he agreed to do. I asked how long before I could expect it and he said 15 minutes.
Ok, I called back in 15 minutes, the pizza was ready, but he was waiting on a delivery driver, which he told me would be there to get my pizza in 10 minutes.
After 20 minutes, I called back and the driver still was not there. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund on my card. The total was close to $20.00.
I was told no, that they’d give me a credit to use.
Ok… I just called back around 6:30 tonight and asked for Jimmy. He gave me over to Sam, at which time I was told that I couldn’t order my food until it was cleared by Tasha. I asked for Tasha to call me so I could explain how I’d been done so far. I’m about 20 minutes, Sam called me back and said that Tasha told him I could get 1 pizza and that was it. I explained to Sam that I wanted wings and cinnamon stix instead because the quality of the last pizza was horrible. He sharply told me that NO! You can get ONE item. Ok, the 10 wings wasn’t going to amount to the $20.00 from 2 weeks ago, so I wanted to add the stix to at least come close to what I’d already paid.
I informed him that this was absolutely not the way to run a business and that I was contacting corporate. He told me that was fine by him, so that’s why I’m writing to you. Something needs to be done st this location to insure other customers do not get treated this way! I’m VERY dissatisfied and will sure let others know exactly how bad the food and the service is!
I think it’s only fair that I receive my money back at once. There are many other pizza places in Rincon, Ga that will appreciate my business, plus put outa quality product!
