My complaint:
Every person at this location needs to be fired or retrained. On 8/26/23 at 4:15 PM, I had a horrible experience from start to finish, and this happens every time. I gave them another chance, but it has gotten worse. In fact, I won’t go back until staffing changes. First of all, they are rude on the phone when I place my order. Then they are rude and dismissive in the store when I go to pick up my order. They have no concept of what customer service means. To add insult to injury, the 2 pizzas were paper thin and burnt. We ate only a few slices, then threw the rest away, approximately 3/4 of each pizza.
Suggested solution:
Refunds and/or coupons would be nice, but I really would like the staff to be either fired or retrained.
